We are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and precise documentation (such as specifications and test plans). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies.

•  Team Leadership and Communication:

Lead teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication of project goals and objectives.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Motivate and guide team members, fostering a productive and empowered work environment.

• Documentation and Quality Assurance:

Oversee the creation and management of detailed project documentation, including specifications and test plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. 

• Budget and Financial Management:

Participate in budget planning and track the financial performance of projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent professional experience in IT project management will also be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong experience and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies are essential.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Solid understanding and practical experience with DevOps principles.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and timely software delivery, including practices like Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, among others.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects stay on track.
