The Silicon Review | "50 most admirable companies of 2019"
The Silicon Review, published in Silicon Valley, California, selected Portuguese fintech ITSCREDIT as one of "50 most admired companies of the year 2019".
The prestigious North American publication highlights ITSCREDIT, a software company based in Porto and focused on the development and implementation of credit solutions, for its "constant effort to improve the credit process, from simulation to disbursement".
"The recognition of The Silicon Review is a source of pride for the entire ITSCREDIT team and reinforces the ambition we have had since the first day of the launch of this project - to lead the market by presenting innovative solutions on a truly global scale", said João Lima Pinto, CEO of ITSCREDIT.
It is worth recollecting that, after having participated last May in Toronto (Canada) at Collision, the technology conference that, according to Forbes, grew the most in North America (Know more»), ITSCREDIT's CEO was among the six nominees for the 'Executive of the Year' award, to be awarded by the organisation of Finovate, the most prestigious technology fair oriented to the financial sector worldwide, held in September in New York (Know more »).
"We already work actively from Canada, but it is our goal to strengthen our presence and increase our client base in the North American markets. We want to make our solutions known and position ourselves as world-class players in the development of software for credit solutions", reiterates João Lima Pinto.
Founded in 2018 as a spin-off of ITSector, ITSCREDIT operates exclusively in the credit area, with products covering the areas of credit origination, credit simulators, credit recovery and corporate credit risk management.
At the same time, ITSCREDIT was also selected to appear in the Top 30 of the "Portugal Fintech Report 2019", the largest study on the sector in Portugal. Recently presented in Lisbon, this annual report concluded that "the Portuguese ecosystem is moving at a fast pace" and that "the disruptive solutions created by the Portuguese are capturing the interest of partners and investors as Portugal becomes a reference as a hub fintech".
With a strong vocation to operate in foreign markets, ITSCREDIT has clients spread across the European and African continents. In Portugal, it collaborates with banking institutions such as Crédito Agrícola, Banco Montepio and BNI Europa.
