The summit addressed several issues regarding financial technology, such as how technological advancements are shaping the future of payments and how to benefit from technology implementation in the banks’ commercial strategy.

Our CEO, João Lima Pinto, did a presentation about engagement with modern online payments via credit, where he spoke about the importance of avoiding frustration of face-to-face credit refusal. He also talked about online payments for bank customers and non-customers and credit as a strategy to acquire new clients.
